Debbie brings over 24 years of experience in property management—2 years in residential and more than 22 years in commercial real estate. Most recently, she served as Assistant Vice President for a Bay Area developer overseeing approximately one million square feet of commercial space. Her role spanned all phases of development and operations, from construction to the ongoing management of newly built commercial centers. In the early 2000s, Debbie earned her RPA designation through BOMA Silicon Valley and received her Management I certification from ICSC.
