Assistant Property Manager
Debbie has 2 years experience in residential property management and over 10 in commercial. In her last position she started as a clerk and moved her way up to an Assistant Vice President for a developer in the bay area with approximately one million square feet of commercial property. She was involved in all phases of development and operations from construction to the management of new centers.
In addition to extensive experience in commercial development and property management, Debbie also has over 3 years experience in administrative and project management for residential restoration.
Debbie earned her RPA in 2000 from BOMA Silicon Valley and her Management 1 certification for ICSC in 2004. She has also earned certificates in QuickBooks and interior design.
Debbie was born and raised in the south bay area, but along with her husband and children, she moved to the sierra foothills in 2008. From then until mid-2012, she put her career on hold to raise her children and be a part-time caregiver to her grandmother.
Debbie enjoys camping, kayaking, gardening and just started raising chickens. In addition, she has a passion for music and dance (especially tap) and has volunteered for a missing children’s organization as well as an organization to help women of domestic violence.
