Laverty Chacón Commercial Real Estate’s lineage dates back to 1980 in Placer County. Since then, the team has served the 5 county area continuously and currently has it’s main office in Sacramento County.
Laverty Chacon Commercial Real Estate's newest office was established in the South Bay at the beginning of 2011 to service it's growing brokerage, leasing and management services. The office is currently located in Downtown San Jose and services most of the Bay Area.
