Good afternoon!

We represent several commercial real estate investors looking to purchase properties in the next few months and we would like to share them with you in case you have a property for sale or know someone with a property for sale. Here are their requirements:

 

Buyer Requirement 1

  • $1,000,000 to $4,500,000
  • Retail
  • Northern California (Bay Area preferred)
  • Cap rate: 6% or greater
  • Multi-tenant preferred

 

Buyer Requirement 2

  • $1,500,000 to $2,500,000
  • Retail preferred (Industrial ok)
  • Western US (Northern California preferred)
  • Cap rate: 7% or greater
  • Single Tenant Net Lease preferred

 

Buyer Requirement 3

  • $6,000,000 to $12,000,000
  • Retail preferred
  • Western US (Northern California preferred)
  • Cap rate: 7% or greater
  • Multi-tenant preferred

 

Buyer Requirement 4

  • $800,000 to $2,000,000
  • Office / Retail / Industrial
  • Western US (California preferred)
  • Cap rate: 8% or greater
  • Single Tenant Net Lease preferred
