As President of Laverty Chacón Commercial Real Estate, Marc oversees management services for approximately 1.5 million square feet of commercial property, including administration, reporting, and managing relationships with tenants, vendors and clients.

Marc joined Laverty Real Estate in 2004 and successfully expanded company’s management, leasing, and sales operations. In 2006, Marc and business partner Tanner Laverty  purchased the company and changed the name to Laverty Chacón Commercial Real Estate.

Marc has earned the title of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and has also served as the President of the Sacramento Valley Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). The CPM® designation is one of the premier credentials in the industry and represents the highest level of education, ethics and professional experience in commercial property management.

Marc has extensive experience in various aspects of sales, marketing, and management roles and broad areas of expertise include contract negotiations, people management, franchising, team building, growth and sales in real estate matters and problem solving.

Marc earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Nevada, Reno. He now lives in Roseville, California with his wife Anne and two sons and likes to play basketball, travel, and spend time with friends and family.
