After 20 years of establishing its reputation for excellence in property management in the Greater Sacramento area, the company recognized the opportunity for a natural extension of its services. Therefore, in 2004, Tanner Laverty and Marc Chacón joined the Laverty Real Estate team, allowing the company to incorporate Tenant Representation, Leasing Services, and Seller/Buyer Representation to the existing management services.

The decision to expand turned out to be a beneficial one and Laverty Real Estate quickly saw the advantages of being able to provide its clients with a broader range of services. The knowledge required to successfully operate over 1 million square feet of Office, Retail and Industrial space provided a more complete understanding of the entire real estate asset which in turn, benefited their clients when representing them on the sales, purchase and leasing aspects.

With the success of this new direction, in January of 2006, the company was officially acquired by Laverty Chacón, Inc., and continues to do business as Laverty Chacón Commercial Real Estate. Today Laverty Chacón Commercial Real Estate carries on it’s tradition of excellence in client service and prides itself in applying market insight and analytical skills to provide a high level of service.
